We want an iPhone/iTouch/iPad application that is similar to the arcade game Stacker. You can see an image of what Stacker looks like: <[login to view URL]> . See the details within this v-worker posting for more details. ## Deliverables The final completed version of Arcade Extravaganza application will consist of 6 games that are similar to Stacker, Slam a Winner, Claw Machine, Whistle Stop, Mountain Ski Ball, and Flaming Finger. Your assignment is to develop Stack Em Up while allowing for the other games to be easily added to the application at a later date. The Stack Em Up game (Aka. Stacker) will show the outside of the machine as though you are walking up to it to play. Stack Em Up will be similar to the original Stacker game with a few possible changes. We may also discuss other features like different levels that work differently, but this isn’t a requirement for finishing this initial release. Stack Em Up machine will have a grid of blocks that will illuminate when appropriate. When you first start playing the game, three squares will rotate slowly from right to left and then from left to right in a horizontal plane. You will have a button to push to stop the rotation of the lights on the grid. Your objective is to stack all the squares above each other until you reach the top. All blocks that aren’t stacked fall down and are no longer in play. As you progress to the top, you will go to two squares and then one rotating back and forth. As you stack the blocks on top of each other, the pace gets a little bit faster and faster. There will be a mini prize (which means you get 25 tickets) award level and then a big prize (which means you get 50 tickets) award level for players reaching the top successfully. You only need one block stacked up to the top to win the big prize. If you lose (which means you didn’t stack the block above another block) then you will either lose a block or the game ends if you run out of blocks which means you get 4 tickets. The main menu will have the title ARCADE EXTRAVAGANZA! at the top of the screen and between the two words ARCADE and EXTRAVAGANZA there will be a picture of a cartoon mouse (Aka the ARCADE MOUSE). Below the title to the right you can find out how many tickets you have. Below how many tickets you will have a button that says Arcade Shop! Below the Arcade Shop it will have a button saying Treasure. Below the Treasure button it will have a button that says PLAY! On the left hand side it will have a picture of the Stack Em Up Machine and it looks like someone is playing on it but no one really is. If you lose, the sad picture will appear. Appropriate sounds/music will be used too. You can listen to your own music while playing the game if desired. In the Arcade Shop there will be three prizes on the top and three prizes below that consist of laptop, lava lamp, xbox, gameboy, itouch, stereo (amount of tickets varies). There will be mini prizes to choose from too depending on what you’ve won like a head phones, a nice coffee mug, plush teddy bear, the arcade mouse toy, Calendar, a basket ball, and many more but those are just examples (amount of tickets varies). Sometimes there will be free tickets (which will be around 75 tickets) rarely and randomly available to people who go to the Arcade shop. Going to the prize shop will display random prizes each time you play another game in the arcade. The treasure button will lead you into a treasure box and once you open it you get to see all of your prizes that you redeemed. When someone clicks on the PLAY! button, they get to choose which game they would like to play (only one, Stack Em Up will be available for this first version) and it will have a little picture (like a preview) representing each game along with its corresponding game title.
