I need a website with full graphics professional business looking but not cheesy like most cookie cutter sites. It needs to have some special capabilities such as * Being a 3 tier membership site (Free - Tier I - Tier II ) * Ability to send members to ads to fulfill * Ability to accurately track ad fulfillment * Accounting Function to enable to pay members * Backend control panel to control all membership functions * Ability to set payment amount for members per ad * Easily duplicatable * Ability to be able to limit the amount of times a member may fill in the same ad (eliminate duplicate fulfillment) * I want to approve the template and graphics. * Everything must be installed on my server and working before payment will be made * I need good communication and status updates * If you know you cannot do the job, don't bid * No "copy cat" or "cookie cutter" sites acceptable.
