Picture game for Android phone

I need an application or game that users of Android phones could upload or access through their phones . The developper would help publish the finish product. Rules and more information would be provided to developper chosen. Thanks ## Deliverables -Logo for site woud also be needed -Developper would write application and publish it and allow people to either access through phone or upload it from web site. - The application includes uploading pictures from phones to app, and access web server site to store photos (resized pictures prior to upload) - Rules of game and keeping stats are functions that would be availabe for each player. - Paying and free play options would be available. - Developper shoud have experience and show prior work similar to what is needed. (It would help if user can help with Iphone development also).
