Online Sales Manager

Objective: To recruit five teams (of 25-50 IT professionals in each team) in India to promote 5 different websites selling e-books. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] (A file has been uploaded providing the description and requirements for the five IT teams in India) Compensation: You will get a percentage of the weekly sales commissions your IT teams earn 1 or more sales..........you get 6 percent of their earnings 500 or more..............you get 7 percent of their earnings 1000 or more.............you get 8 percent of their earnings 1500 or more.............you get 9 percent of their earnings 2000 or more.............you get 10 percent of their earnings 2500 or more.............you get 11 percent of their earnings (note: the percentage of earnings above refers to the cumulative of all the earnings all five IT teams earned on a particular week) For example, if all of the IT teams that you recruited had 2500 sales and earned $10,000 in a particular week, you would receive 11 percent (which is $1,100) Plan and Test: You will need to submit a plan to me detailing how you will go about recruiting and screening dependable and reliable teams of internet marketing specialists in India. In your plan, you will also need to tell me why you feel you are qualified to do this job. You will also need to past a "test". I will require you to generate 100 sales in one week on one of my websites assigned to you. 100 sales per week is the minimum requirement for each IT marketing team. If you are to lead five teams of people, I must know that you can get the results yourself. The best leaders are also doers. (Of course you would get a suitable amount of prep time before the "test" if needed) Ethics: You must be a hard worker and have a good work ethic. This is a commission only opportunity, and if you are confident in your skills, then you already recognize that you can make far more money being compensated for performance than with a set fee. I am honest and I choose to deal with honest people. Don't try to lie to impress me. Just tell the truth. The winner of this project will not use any techniques that would damage the client company reputation or public perception. I run a professional and trustworthy company and want to find a partner with the same professional attitude. Misc: I am mainly looking for companies/freelancers/teams in India because I have had some good results in the past with IT professionals in India. Please bid $30 for this project. First because this is a commission only project, and second so I know that you actually read the whole project description. I am seeking a long term business relationship with a person who can help me sell products I develop by managing IT marketing teams and is willing to work hard to make a LOT of money. You must have strong web marketing skills, and specific eBook marketing and sales experience is a definate bonus. I really want to pay you at least $1,100 per month in earnings per week. If you like working on 20 different projects at a time and always hunting for your next bid, then thats ok, but if you want a great income every week, you might want to take some time and consider this project. This project can be very profitable for someone who knows how to generate online traffic and is skilled in managing people to execute an IT "plan of action".
