Hiring freelance editors in general transcription. You should have an experience of at least three years in editing general transcription files. General transcription includes media, business, legal, interviews, conference calls, focus groups, sermons, songs...in general all types of transcription except medical. We have a huge volume of work to be done, but the bid here we are making per three hours audio.

10 years experience transcribing tapes in the nature of Correspondence, memorandums, witness deposition interviews for court filings, pleadings filed in court, content of evidence for trial, investigator reports, data for input to spreadsheet and tables, etc. I have an uncommon ability to understand diverse accents and dialects and varying dictation styles. My current schedule is extremely flexible allowing me to focus on deadlines and work under pressure.

Aloha. I could complete 3 hours of audio in 24 hours and so therefore feel $30 is a realistic bid. I have lots of experience in transcription through my work with Southampton City Council & the University of Southampton over 10 years. I always have access to internet and word processing and therefore could deliver to you within 24 hours. My rate per ‘typing’ hour will be $10 but I am willing to negotiate.
