We selected the OpenERP module Asterisk360 from Valuedecision to integrate with our VOIP solution. The module already has been installed however we run into some issues which needs to be solved.
1. when we use Click2Dial from OpenERP, it states that the number format is incorrect;
2. the installation as stated here [login to view URL] needs to be checked and probably redone
3. if needed, the AGI script needs to be called from the Asterisk dialplan
We cannot reach the original developer, this is why we need a freelancer / company who can fix the issues for us.
