User Review Website

Looking to create a user review site for a specific industry (think any of the popular restaurant user review web portals) People will need to be able to sort by category, sub-category, user review (5 star, 4 star, etc) price ($, $$, $$$, $$$$, $$$$$), "special blend" that takes in geography, intended category/subcategory, price point and provides them with the best solution. Back end-- site will be monetized with CPA forms-- will need to be able to track back completed form to traffic source, affiliate ID, subID, time of day, etc. Lead forms will need to be sent via API to various sources so it will need a relatively "open" system to send information either by API call, email, FTP upload. Lead Form inputs will need to be open to as many possible fields as necessary
