I can do this , I have done many projects related to your project. Recently I completed 2 software where one is doing exactly same as yours requirements. Its a fraud click bot and its using different proxy and different user agents each time. You can check my completed work history where this bat project is named as "Java Bot Development". It has many more configuration settings available from config file like different OS , different search engines with diff keywords etc. I developed it using java programming language with selenium and testng framework.
