Implement further changes to Apache Bloodhound (9)

Following successful completion of the previous project to contribute code to Apache Bloodhound, we now we require a number of feature and design enhancements: - Implementation of all designs posted bu Joachimm Dreimenn in the Bloodhound-dev thread: [login to view URL] [login to view URL]%3C4F44E998.4040302%[login to view URL]%3E - Integration of Multi-project support to the spec as published in the previous project description (1817425) - Preparation of initial release candidate. - This is a follow-on to work completed previously and will be accepted on the same basis as previous projects.
