3D Rendering Mass Exterior for Building Project

We are looking for a designer that can provide us with mass exterior 3D rendering of our building project. Please review the attached floor plans prior to making bid. We need a MASS EXTERIOR 3D RENDERING OF THIS. We're looking to get some Please provide us with your best bid and samples of work. Please pay attention to the info below: To be added: A fourth floor (open floor plan - potential school or other use so minimal partition, if any except maybe a sliding dividing wall. A drive-thru on the left side of the building in order to make the lower left unit more appealing to national fast food franchise/bank Height clearance for the drive-thru must be 8.5 feet. The 2nd - 4th floors would partially cover the drive-thru (basically an overhang). In regards to the foregoing, it is my understanding that the building - thus the overhang - must have a five (5) foot clearance from the sidewalk. The fire-escape-stairway (currently on the outer left side of the building) must be moved to the left-rear-corner of the building in order to accommodate a first floor drive-thru as described above. The current floor-plan sets forth 2 elevators inside a hallway running the depth of the building (between the lower units). We would like to see two renderings one reflecting the current design with the elevators in the middle corridor- as per the attached drawing and one with the elevators on the exterior of the building - in the middle - with front and rear access. Rather than 6 store fronts we would like to see 4 storefronts/national tenants in the first floor. We would like to see the above in a, 3D Massing Exterior model, w/ landscaping as per plans attached Colored artistic renderings from several angles so that we can insert in a slide show or in a pdf ****** PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND THIS PROJECT....
