Prepare Operations & Policy Manuals for new Franchise businesses.
Need a skilled researcher & writer to prepare detailed policy & procedure manuals. General instructions and headings will be provided but we need an intellegent and articulate writer to prepare the content, including drafting various business policies and creating various flowcharts and diagrams.
The manuals are specialist documents and are highly customised for each client so templates may give some structure but great care and thought is needed to understand the clients business and interpret their needs into operational policies and procedures which are then recorded in the Manuals.
Strong written English language and communication skills are needs to work with Australian based clients. Experience in Franchise documentation is an advantage.
We have ongoing work and projects will be paid on a fixed fee basis so you can quote per project as each project will be different complexity and length.
