Now i m telling how to do task 1 to 4.
Task-1: LETTERHEAD AND TEMPLES.
A....create a letterhead for your company e.g. using WORD ART, text box and a picture. it should inludectorse the company logo.company address .telephone and fax number, as wells managing directors name.
B....CREATE3 templates including your company letterhead containing one example of each of the following ;customer letter [an announcement letter with text relevant to your organization], fax and memo templates.
TASK-2: MAIL MERGE
A....customer who use your service are to be mailed by post with details of special offers . In WORD create a table of 7 record subtitle for use with mail merge containing the details of 7 customers including the number of previous jobs.
