Ruby on Rails project

I am looking for Ruby on Rails developer/rock star who can take an existing project/site and make changes to the feature set. I am using some recent cutting edge technologies for my project so if you enjoy that kind of experience this project will be ideal for you. It is using Rails 3.0 and Ruby 1.9.2. I will share the site and username and password after a successful interview. Experience with CouchDB or similar database will be a huge plus on this project. Required Skills Ruby Rails Couchdb SVN 1.) Years of experience with ruby and rails 2.) Any experience with CouchDB or similar type of databases. If so, please share your experience details The tasks I need for this site at the moment are: 1.) Use authlogic/devise/omniauth for authorization - Auth code all over the project is a pain. It's actually a bug, not a chore. I will like to use devise sine we only use login/password auth, it's easy, stable and fun. 2.) User Profile should not require password to update - If I don't want to change my password, let me leave it blank while updating other fields 3.) capistrano deployment script - where can I input my cluster of servers that the app needs to deploy to, script checks out the code from svn, deploys the new code, run bundle install/update, and run the "restart" task. I am using nginx/unicorn for web/application layer.
