61569 Google positioning

I need to get on the top list of the Google for the month of December. My web site is [login to view URL] the key words that I am interested in are: 1- continuing education engineer 2- engineering continuing education 3- pdh -I currently have a Google Ad search which I like my positioning. -I signed up with a company that they charge me $45/month and they give me the first 10 spots on Yahoo. - But I can not be found on Google, at least not in the first 10-12 pages...!! I am more interested to get listed on the Google than Yahoo, if I have to make a choice, it would be Google. I would like to know: 1- How much would it cost if I could get the top position on Google for the above keywords from Nov 27 till December 31. 2- If the result was good and I decided to continue this after December for the entire year, how much would it be on monthly basis. The closing for this bidding would be Nov. 24 th. Thank you
