473315 Voice message sent via website HTML form

I'm not exactly sure how to do this. It might be bye using skype or some other technology that can send phone message via the internet... Here's what I need: A user put's a phone number (probably USA only) in a form field and then selects from a list of audio file from a drop-down list. When they hit submit the website sends the audio file to the phone number as a voice mail. Seems simple, but I can't figure out how to do it. Has anyone done something like this before? I would love quote from some who is sure they know how to do it. Thanks, Matt
