I need to complete a website for a translation company. The design work has been done and the PSD file has been sliced for HTML conversion. The website consists of 4 pages using the same template. This template contains a header, a footer, a content area and a "submit your info for a quote" form. This form will submit all fields (name, address, etc) and include a file to upload. The submission needs to be sent to mailto address. The four pages are pretty typical: Home, About us, Services and Resources all containing static content. The HTML/css/js needs to be clean, preferably done by hand or using a CMS (Drupal, Joomla). Smaller details apply like hover hover over state on the navigation bar, also notice that the upload button is skinned. The site needs to run in all modern browsers, that is a vague requirement but we are reasonable. Consideration to SEOs needs to be taken while building this site.
