Article links needed - pay for performance

Looking for a article link builder to build permanent links. Links must have the anchor text requested and you must enter each link gathered into our database. We pay based on PR of the page the links show up on. We'll pay for all new links monthly and then rerun the report 3 or 6 months later to see if PR went up. The pay is as follows. If you do a good job the project will be extended. You must provide your own articles to start. We do not pay for submissions. We only pay for established article links. pr 0 $0.10 pr 1 $3 pr 2 $4 pr 3 $5 pr 4 $6 pr 5 $8 pr 6 $12 pr 7+ $12 The links must be legit and permanent. You must be able to provide the URL for each new link established. One link per website. No spammy sites. No upfront payments. First payment is made 7 days after work is completed. After that it is monthly. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, please do not bid. The following type of sites are NOT allowed. 1) NO sites with 'pop-up' proliferation 2) NO freely hosted web sites (geocities, tripod etc.) 3) NO casinos or related to gaming 4) NO adult sites 5) NO sites with illegal content 6) NO pharmaceutical sites
