SEO-Google Ranking expert needed.

Hi I have 4 website that I need to get within the top 5 of Google search results on page 1 and be there permanently (at least what I mean by that is that I don;t want you using any method that will get it to the top and in 2 days disappear, the method you use should have a permanent effect on helping the page ranking. I want to leave you flexible as to what mehod you use but I only want White Hat SEO to be used, meaning no spamming, no autosubmission by some program etc... .Please consider the job has to be achieved through off site methods. The only modifications on site that can be made is meta tags type keywords. They are all indexed by google already in less than 15 days and have a lot of relevant sub domains. They are all directory type websites. This is for a long term business partner as there are several others to come. KEywords should be relevant to the site and a popular one as well.
