Good morning! I am extremely knowledgeable in telemarketing and in real estate. I am bidding more than your project budget, because for that price and with the specification that someone has passed only English 1, you are going to be woefully disappointed in the quality of responses that you get. The exam for English 1 is ridiculously easy and anyone with just a smidge of English can pass that. You need someone with much more knowledge of the language, real estate and telemarketing. I was in real estate for 16 years, and sold and leased both residential and commercial real estate. In fact, I had my own company for several years. The person who follows up a lead is the most important person in your company. This person must have a great command of the English language, understand real estate principles and most of all must have the gift of gab and be actually likeable. I did telemarketing for the Chicago Symphony and the Lyric Opera of Chicago. In the U.S. you MUST identify yourself & your company the minute someone answers the phone. Then you have 10 seconds to grab their attention for them listen to you before they hang up. You must have a good voice, an interesting "spiel", must be likeable and, at the same time, get right to the point or they will hang up on you pronto. I live in Mexico but can call via Skype or Magic Jack if you fund them. Skype costs 2.5 cents per minute and Magic Jack is a one time cost of around $100 U.S. I hope to hear from you
