Seeking Lead Generation or Indie Affiliate

Hello, I am an independent affiliate for Gano Excel. I have an online coffee business at www.Port-Lande.com. I need to do two things to make it successful. 1. Gain Customers 2. Gain Affiliates Under Me If you can get people to my site then I will pay you $3 for every new Customer and $5 for every new Affiliate. I'm looking for only one solid person to do this right now.
