Here are some additions after getting some questions fro service providers: I want a proposal on a per delivered account bases. For instance if you propose $1 per delivered account this would be the sample calculation: 100 accounts each x $1 = $100 for you. Pleas give me a rate based on this information. If we can settle on a amount we would agree on a trial to see if we can work long term together. The trial would look like this: We mutualy agree on a number of users you will bring to my site and I escrow the resulting amount out of that agreement. For instance. If you propose $1 per account you will bring we would agree for a trial of 50 accounts. 50 accounts x $1 = $50 for the trial period. That would be the amount I would escrow and once you reach that you would earn the money. Then we would talk if we both want to continue working together or not.
