Inbound Projects Needed

Our company is ventured with Direct education of UK…Company ………It is Live Customer Support of the customers We are currently looking out for projects (Inbound only), to work in location Bangalore India. We are running successfully with multiple campaigns. Projects for Customer Support, Technical Support, and Banking & Insurance are welcome. We are currently looking to expand our business with multiple projects. This also has a plan as follows 1. Tier One: Live Customer support. 2. Tier Two: Value added services of UK TELECOM Package. 3. Tier Three: email marketing and live chat support. As per our Business Execution Plans we are looking for: We have the following infrastructure 1. Silent Message facility 2. Voice Blasting 3. Technical Specification of Server and Setup. • A team of 10/20 agents and above 6 GBP/PER HR PER AGENT • Taking inbound calls to the UK (8 Am to 10 Pm GMT) • Full voice recordings of all applications made • VOIP or IPLC to the UK • Ability to upload voice files to our FTP as the shift is going on We have the following process: • Business to Consumer & Business to Business • Taking call of customer to complete network support • Expected network support per hour is 4 (average call length is 15 minutes) • Each call fixes up with a positive answer. We have provided: • CRM information • Training over the telephone initially with a view to support with extra onsite training and the campaign is up and running • Daily and weekly reports of mistakes / disqualified application submitted Having had all these, we would be able to efficiently run if we have a good Inbound Project.
