I the undersigned, have completed my Graduation and MBA from New Zealand and worked in Australasia for four years.
Since last four years, i have been operating my KPO in India with Mail order Retail and Market Research as our Primary focus.
Work on Hand:
We sell in Australia, Canada, Europe, India, South Africa, UK and the US. Certain conditions have to be met for selling online in India:
1. Paypal and Moneybookers are not allowed to collect payment in India.
2. Sellers can pay only via Credit card or net banking.
3. Most market places will pay the supplier after confirmation for the goods being received by the client.
Solution:
1. We will act as an agent for your goods in India.
2. We would collect payments and resolve any customer/Technical dispute.
3. Most Indian market places charge commission on sales made.
4. We charge commission on payment collected.
