249343 Video streaming integration

Hello- I have a partially developed video streaming website and need a video streaming expert to help with the video streaming integration. I have a dedicated server and have video of 2hrs in lenght that is view with monthly subscription. Most of the webdesign is done just need the upload interface for the video upload and music upload so that it can be viewed on website with very limited buffering. I have loads of videos and music to upload so i need someone who has done similar project. Pls only bid on project if you have done similar video streaming project. Thanks
