convert ms sql database to sybase sql anywhere

I need a utility that will copy data from 128 tables from ms sql server to sybase sqlanywhere. The number of tables or the columns in the table should not mater because upgrades to the software will add columns and add tables; this utility does not need to be modified when the data structure changes. It should read from the sys tables and sys columns. To make it easier an empty Sybase database with tables and columns will be available when this new utility runs, however the columns may not be in the same order , so a select * will not be allowed. We have software that uses either a ms sql database or a sybase sqlanywhere database. Most larger offices that use the software run the ms sql server. When the software is used remotely via laptop and local database used is sybase. This is where the needed Sybase database will be used.
