Facebook Page Likes

I need to add 30,000 country targeted Facebook Fans for FB page, INDIA Only. IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS MENTIONED BELOW, PLEASE DO NOT BID !!! Requirements: 1. ALL MUST BE REAL PEOPLE with ACTIVE FB Accounts (no fake accounts or accounts at risk of being suspended) 2. Must be achieved by NO means of Illegal activity. 3. NO bots, NO Black-hat techniques, NO Farm-ville or any other game. 4. No fans that will risk my page deleted. 5. Our account CANNOT be suspended for any reason due to any of your work. 6. No spammers or distasteful, illegal or plain sick profile pictures. 7. The fans must come from different IP. 8. You must use good practices when gathering fans. (Facebook account must not be banned/deleted for your actions. It should always be kept active. If Facebook account is not complete/no longer active there will be no payment for this project.) 9. Again, if our page gets banned for too many likes too fast you won't be paid. 10. The new fans will have to be generated without administrator access 11. Zero pornography or anything inappropriate. 12. Fans must be have a photo and friends TERMS: 1. Payment by Milestone or PayPal only. 2. This will need to be done without Admin Access to our Facebook Page. 3. You will not be paid if my Fan Page gets deleted or blocked from Facebook. 4. We will check Facebook insight before release payment. Note: I have 2 other FB pages to populate with along with 2 website promotion projects. So the new projects will only be awarded upon SATISFACTORY RESULTS.
