Software for RTP/RTCP Server in Java/Spring

We need to have some Server Code developed in Java for an audio distribution server that received data via RTP/RTCP and distributes data via RTP/RTCP A detailed Spec (detailed solution architecture and technology recommendation; some UML class descriptions) and a functional spec is available. We have also defined the interface to the client. According to the tech recommendation, we are using the following technologies: Spring Framework, Efflux as a RTP/RTCP stack, and JMX for application monitoring. The management of the server configuration should be done using Zookeeper. The goal is to develop the components component as specified in a document that will be given to qualified Java developers. Additionally, the software should be deployed and tested on AWS.
