Silverlight Media Player

We need a streaming Media Player for Silverlight using C#. Fancy user interface is not needed. The requirements are listed bellow: 1. Support HTTP and RTSP protocols 2. *When requesting video by HTTP send valid "HTTP referer" header line in the HTTP request.* HTTP referer contains the URL of the page which hosts the player. 3. Play WMV/WMA/MP3/JPEG formats 4. Support Play/Pause/Stop Download buttons, Seek bar 5. Support the properties available via JavaScript and Parameter tag to control the player. This silverlight player will be used with WMS (Windows Media Services) Item 2 is very important and must be implemented. Do not bid if you do not know or unsure how to implement that requirement.
