iOS game engine development

I need a game engine to be created, and project consists of two parts - client-side (iPad is primary platform) and back-end (technologies are not settled yet, you can offer your vision of implementation, but is should be 1) secure and 2) scalable to be high load app server). This is going to be iterative development, feature by feature process. Candidates should possess following skills: - strong understanding of OOP (SOLID, MVC, etc) - iOS development experience - Ruby (rubymotion and rails) knowledge Details on initial requirements to be added later, after discussion with successful candidate (price is negotiable).
