I need to a way (preferably a vba code) which will run a MS Access query several times and export the result to a MS Excel worksheet Each time the criteria of the query will have be different (based on 2 criteria, one manual (to be changed in the VBA script) and one automatic. Each time the output of the query will have to be exported to a new Microsoft Excel datasheet. A sample of the file is provides which includes all tables and queries As simple as that! DETAILED EXPLENATION AVAILABLE + DATABASE INCLUDED ## Deliverables Please refer to the attached file. The file is partial as the real database is huge. The construction of the queries is the same. The name of the tables is the same The table "Case" is the same The other tables have the same structure, but the records are much more and much more various. The solution must work in MS Access 2010 and the exported query must fit in MS Excel 2010. The query to be run several times is called "final". The criteria for which it should be updated are: 1. The field "case". I want this criteria to be changeable by me in the VBA script. You will have to tell me where to change this number. 2. the field yrA (the first one, 3rd column from the left) will have to be set to the values "2001", "2002", "2003", "2004", "<2001" respectively. For example. for the case 4 (set on the VBA script). The query should be run 5 times with the following criteria: 1. Case: 4 PA: yrA: 2001 PA: 2. Case: 4 PA: yrA: 2002 PA: 3. Case: 4 PA: yrA: 2003 PA: 4. Case: 4 PA: yrA: 2004 PA: 5. Case: 4 PA: yrA: <2001 PA: Every time the query has been run, its result (including all the 6 fields) should be automatically exported to MS Excel 2010 in a new worksheet. If possible the name of the worksheets should be 4-1998, 4-1999, ..... based on the case and the yrA (the 2 changing criteria). the data-sheet should be saved in "C:\Users\Alberto\Documents\Project\" or in a location that will work also on my own pc (if different than "C:\Users\Alberto\Documents\Project\" please specify so. The operation should be run sequentially and not overlap (maybe is not even necessary to say it) since the pc will have to run one operation at the time. Do not contemplate the possibility that the records in any of the exported tables will be more than 65000 (limit of excel for single export). A complete solution will have to include 3 elements: 1. a text file with the VBA 2. a clear description of the location where to change the "case" criteria in the VBA code 3. the MS Access file attached to this project with the VBA code already included in the library + the explanation of any particular step i should be doing in my own computer (if any)
