"Assessory Product selection" code that returns results from user input

I need code that would return results from a user selected input on a website. An example might be, if someone selected "Chevrolet" from a dropdown, they could then select "2008" form another dropdown, then "Malibu" from another dropdown, then "LS Model" for another dropdown. The user would then be displayed a photo, part number of the accessory, and a "click here to purchase" link. I would like backend access or some way to easily update and input new information into the database. All the fields are already keyed in a spreadsheet from the year 2000 to 2013. There are currently 23 Makes and 395 Models/trim. But, you do not have to key all the fields. We can do most of that through the backend. I do not care if this is custom programming for us or cookie-cutter code that has already been tested. The application will be displayed on PHP pages.
