FASTEST PHP programmer - MOST EXPERIENCED

I own a programming company. I am looking for a FULL time PHP programmer who can work for me dedicated not on anyone else project but only for me. He should know PHP for 5+ years PHP, and some CSS, etc.. I have lots of projects. I will work directly with him and he needs to update me every 10 to 15 minutes on what is completed. i will give you a task like go to this page, make that form work .. store it in database, etc... if you cannot give me updates every 15 mins dont work. I need a guy who is extremely fast because we have a lot of projects that need to be done. I am looking for the FASTEST and most experience php programmer. Pay is $12 (8 hours) * 30 = $360 per month every month <-- price is set in stone if you cannot do at this dont bid. If you can do bid $30 as a trail run and answer the question below. 1. you must be able to work 8+ hours per day and only on my projects no other project. can you do this? 2. you must be able to update me every 10 mins if you cannot do not do it ... you need to be able to program very fast.. 3. speed... if i give you 1 form with 30 fields .. how long will it take you to submit to insert that form into mysql database? just insert.. form is already done.. get it working with mysql.. how long will it take you? 4. if i need a custom shopping cart program.. NOT zen cart . or magento a custom one... and i give u the specs.. add to cart etc.. can you program it? 5. i have lots of programming projects... what programming languages do you know and how many years have you been programming each ? <-- answer fully 6. do you know css? and how many years? 7. what is the harddest and best project you ahve done send me links so i can see. 8. i have lots of project can today and right now?
