PSD to Responsive Wordpress

This is a project repost and please only bid if you can meet the following requirements to start with 1/ You have knowledge and experience with responsive designs - bootstrap,gridless and less framework designs, etc 2/ You can meet deadlines. Ontime delivery as per agreed timelines will mean a $30 bonus payment above the project scope We have already had PSD's developed by a developer who was unable to finish the project due to lack of resources/skills. From the PSD's, we need to develop a responsive wordpress website with Google site search integrated. We will pay for Google site search API's seperately - the developers work is simply with regards to integration. The website will be based primarily on using search with Google Site Search functionality with a few extremely simple templates. • Homepage template • Aggregate Search Results and Dedicated Search Results Page • Category Pages (templates for each category are near or less the same with some modification - eg. News, Articles, Blog, etc will be almost the same) o Competitions/Promotions/Vouchers Page o News/Articles/Blog Page o Picture Gallery/Video Gallery Page o FAQ’s/Glossary/Contacts/Providers Page • Dedicated Review Page • Comparison Table Page • Forums Page All PSD's will be provided along with exact guidance on responsive nature of site along with functionality required for any of the pages. The site also has to be built in a Search Engine Friendly way (Wordpress is already SEO friendly) but site speed is key as our other SEO factors. Furthermore, the site should work across all browsers including Firefox/ IE/ Safari and Chrome and the site layout should allow itself for automatic adjustment and will be checked using [login to view URL] with best practice for less framework, gridless design and bootstrap.
