Easy To Use Songwriting Software For Guitar Players

I am looking to have a software developed that will be used for guitar players who write songs. It will be a simple look and modern design. It will need the following features: 1.) Allow drag and drop to place chord charts into different fields. 2.) Have buttons to allow for saving, printing, 3.) I need this to be designed in such a way so I can have it be used as a web-based application, a stand-alone product that can be downloaded from a disc or the web, and must be able to apply a specific serial # or key for each software to be unique to the person downloading it. I have a very simple graphic outlining how it should function which I will upload soon. This software MIGHT be sold so please keep that in mind. I would want as much protection as possible to avoid pirating, etc. Please let me know if you have any questions.
