I need someone with HTML expertise to look at a picture that I will provide and make a html that will look like it using pictures and text from various websites that I inspired. Pictures will have to be located in a directory locally, so we will not use the pictures from websites by direct linking. You have to be FAST and follow my instructions, therefore you will have to be online during finalization so we can talk live and make it perfect. Must be prepared to do allow small modifications during work in order to make it as I need. While you bid, write me if you have experience with PDF adobe PRO. I will need at another project this kind of deal done and I rather work with one programmer. In the pdf I will need forms submitted somehow and hidden pages.
