Network topology analysis with QoS and no QoS

Hello, I need a cisco person to do a analysis of our companies network topology which has 2 routers, 2 switches, 2 cisco phones, The analysis has to include graphs, statistics and so on on how the dataflow, netflow,audioflow and so on is working when QoS is enabled and how the network is behaving when QoS is disabled. Also you can include in the analysis work your own opinion what kind of QoS we could use to improve our network for audio flow, after you have done the QoS analysis of the network topology. The analysis tools(Wildpackets) and necessary documentation about this project will be sent upon bid agreement.
