move to a new root server

Moving from one root server to a newer root server. You need to maintain the new webserver. that means you need to update everything to the newest version to avoid security problems. the new server is openSuSE 10.1 with plesk the old one is confixx with debian. there is a very important website running on the new webserver (myqsl) you have to pay close attention to not disturb anything there. you need to preserve and put any mails under any user back in his new mail folders (imap). no mails must be lost! about 8 confixx users with: about 25 mail users altogether some with aliases. each user has some domains, but mostly they just point to one webspace. you have to take care that all aliases work fine. no mysql db needs to be transfered. there is one autoreply that should be restored. you must keep all the mail aliases and mail forwarders! no documentation on this could be provided. spam protection must be enabled for all mail accounts. finally every domain should have: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] - this should point to the right webmail interface! [login to view URL] we need a suggestion for a complete backup solution, including mails, mysql-db and plesk config for the new server running daily on the new server. we´d prefer the move to be done in the night hours of our timezone (MEZ). We need a documention of all domains, forwarders, mail users including aliases passwords etc. excel sheet should be fine. After everything is done, we could talk about ongoing jobs.
