Research on a ergonomic topic

I am doing a academic report on a workplace assessment (3000 words) and the topic is regarding human interaction with computer system, monitor, keyboard and mouse in a office environment assuming the person to be sitting. **Not looking for a whole written report just memos with academic references which i can use to write the report myself. Also would like the information set out in a format which i can easily read and use (sorted into subheadings: Intro, Background & methods, Results and Discussion , Recommendation ) Key information required: potential implications if equipment used does not match the cognitive and physical characteristics of the user and recommend solutions for these implications.
