We are looking to create a Directshow filter for live video/audio (very low latency) streaming of 3D intensive applications (directx/opengl) on Windows. We are currently using VH Screen Capture to do this but as they no longer sell the product we have to write our own application for this functionality.
We need to have someone take a close look at how VH Screen Capture works and then suggest an architecture and create a draft specification that will then be used to program what we need.
Only accepting applications from programmers who can demonstrate an advanced understanding of Directshow filters and low latency approaches.
