I require a customer service/virtual assistant to assit in my online business.
We sell cruises online and this person needs to check the email account on a daily basis (twice a day once in the morning and once in the afternoon -Australian Time) and reply to the customer enquiries.
It will require you to look up avilablility and quote the customer, a training mannual is provided along with phone training (if required) and I am usually online most of the time via MSN and etc.
Basically the procedure is:
Login to Webmail:
Look at the quotes and login to our booking system and type in the details (it's as easy as booking a flight online!!)
Check if there's cabins availble and hold them in if need be!
Then process the invoice (automatically done by the system) and just attach it as a file and send it out!
That is all that's required and would be great if someone around the same timezone as Australia is interested!
