I'm looking for a video artist to create a promotional video for a gay festival. There's litte or no video footage available, so it will mostly be a combination of stills and some visual effects. The video will be used mostly on the internet (Youtube), but possibly also on a small gay television network. The video may take around 30 to 45 second max. I can arrange a professional native English voice over for the video. Style elements are available in high resolution Photoshop.
