Budget template

We have a catering company. Our revenue comes mainly from the following: - providing manpower - providing cooked meal (Indian, Arabic, Chinese, etc.) from our central kitchen - preparing meals at customers location Our cost of sales include the following: - Raw material (vegetable, meats, sauces, other ingredients - we use more than 250 food items for cooking purposes) - Labour cost for cooking and serving - Depreciation of assets used in cooking Our expenses inlcude the following: - salaries - rent - finance cost - marketing - etc Currently we have aroung 90 clients or locations where we either cook food or provide cooked meal. Budgeting Template: We would like to develop a budgeting template on Excel that will have the following: - Input sheet to key in all items that are variable in nature (for example inflation, chicken prices, etc) - Project Sheet (this is a project profit and loss account) - Consolidated Income Statement - Consolidated Balance Sheet - Consolidated Cashflow Statement We want all separate sheet for each project. We will also want our company logo to be included. I feel anyone developing this template will require excellent Excel skills (pivot table, match and link commands, ability to create drop down lists, abitliy to choose variable from single place, etc) Let me know if anyone is interested in carrying out this project.
