dxf object (VB 2010)

I need an object that will read a dxf file (sample attached) and provide data in an object form. The properties I need are as follows: Room (1-n) Name Width Length Using the sample document, I'm looking for 7 Room objects: Name: Living Room Width: 157 Length: 132 Name: Bedroom Width: 144 Length: 94 and so forth
