Volusion Order Export to offline database

I am migrating from Volusion to another shopping cart software (ASPDotNetStorefront). When the migration is complete, I will no longer have access to my Volusion data. I would like to keep my order history so that I can look up a customer's previous orders. I would like to have all of the historical order data exported, and I want it to be accessible by some sort of software tool that can work offline. This can be built in MS Access or some other language - it doesn't matter. I would like to hear your suggestions and bids on a project like this.
