Link Building Required - Social Networking, Delicions, Digg

Hi, I have a project for link building to [login to view URL] I need to have 75 links from delicious created to this address. They need to be relating to 'web design brisbane' Also wish to have links built from other social networking sites and Digg. There will need to be another 75 in combined total from these other sites. Work must be completed using changing IPs and delicious accounts that are registered and bookmarking other reputable sites. Please do not post about anything about white or black seo. All link building completed must be from reputable sites. NO LINK FARMS I will be handling all the other aspects of the SEO campaign. Please post how much to complete the project and the timeframe in which it will be completed.
