Help Conceptualize/tweak a business Idea

Looking for platform architect to help me document and fine-tune an idea i have for a music lyric platform. I will need help thinking about such things as workflow, features, fraud protection, development staging, etc. Applicants should have a good grasp on up to date development concepts as well as standard industry practices and procedures. I am looking to spend around $50 and expect to walk away with a well written and thought out document that will clearly explain my idea to anyone from both a conceptual and development standpoint.
