53692 Speed Up My Webpage Immensely!

I am way too busy!!!! Looking for a well-rounded, fair, and professional web designer to speed up one of our main pages which is currently 66kb and takes way to long to load upon visitor entries....and all WITHOUT distorting my images! We have preloaded images via javascript but this helps only a tad bit but without much impact on speeding up load time. We need to cut down the load time to at least half the size. Whether it be to implement editions to our current CCS file to be used throughout the entire page, in addition, to removal of any unnecessary tables/lines/space.
