Need a local web designer

Hello, This posting is meant for only those within Hyderabad, India. So anyone other than these shouldn't apply. We know that many blindly apply. We shall report against such idiots and get them banned from here! So keep in mind and bid! We have been outsourcing our contracts to partners so far! Its time for in-house designers and coders. We need a good artistic web designer for our contracts. We will pay upto Rs 15,000 per month and shall pay bonus if work is done exceedingly well. This will be a long term position and the designer has to work for a minimum of 3 months. Payment will be revised after 3 months based on performance! We welcome new talent. so anyone who has been around here and hasn't got work can also message us. But make sure that you are within hyderabad as we will ask you to work from our premises! 8 hours per day and 24 days per month! 6 days per week! We also want to know about programmers within hyderabad who are good at Php and Asp and are looking for a job! Happy bidding!
