eBay Design to Template

Hi, we are searching for somebody who transform an existing design (psd) into an ebay template. we have the design of a article page and the shop design, but it just exist as a psd. now, we need someone who can develop the html/css/whatever template from this. we want somebody, who is reliable and knows, how to work in a perfect way. we will give you the designs and you have to take care, that the result will look good, work good and so on. if you have ideas, how to make it better, please say & do it. of course, the template have to work in all browsers. if you do a good work, we will have lots of more jobs for you! best wishes david
