Adult Website

I want to create an adult website.. which will mainly include tube videos for now (will expand later). The videos will be embedded from other websites (which I can provide if needed). I was told this could be easily done using Joomla but I am not too familiar with Joomla and I want this professionally done. The videos will be divided into genres... So for each genre there will be a separate page. On the home page, there will be a video of the day sort of thing and all the new videos. On each page, the links for videos should be as a thumbnail images. I would also like to have the ability for viewers to leave comments under videos, rate videos, and add them to their favorites, but only as subscribers. Subscribers can also have the ability to upload their own videos (If doing this costs too much then it can be left out of the project, I have a small budget to work with). I hope to be updating the website daily so I will need to know how that could be done. I will also have affiliate websites which means I will have their advertisements on my website. Also, the website needs to be optimized for search engines, and I would like to know the best way to promote or advertise the website in order to get people to notice it. More interested if you have something ready to show.
